The due date for receipt of completed Standard Forms 254 Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire and 255 Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project is extended to 23 June 1997. Digital photography will be required for this project. The following Selection Evaluation Criteria listed in the original presolicitation notice are hereby removed and are no longer a part of the evaluation process for this project: (3) Past performance on contracts with respect to cost control effectiveness; (5) Past experience, if any, with respect to DOD contracts; (9) Utilizing Specsintact.
