(MA) This is a modification to a repair effort contracted with Base Ten Systems, 1 Electronics Drive, P.O. Box 3141 Trenton, N.J. 08619-2054, under contract DAAH01-96-C-0094, to obtain Depot Level Contractor support and repair for secondary items, supporting assemblies/subassemblies of the production configured AH-64A Apache Copilot Gunner Fire Control Panels, NSN 1270-01-233-2775, P/N 7-319510011-9, and Data Entry Keyboards, NSN 7025-01-210-7710, P/N 7-219510034-603. This effort will be a modification to Contract DAAH01-96-C-0094 for the addition of FY 97 and FY 98 options for Foreign Military Sales Customers, and additional FY 97 and FY 98 options for the U.S. Government. Quantities will be 71 each, Data Entry Keyboards for the U.S. Government and eight each for Foreign Military Sales, and 10 each Copilot Gunner Fire Control Panels for Foreign Military Sales. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
