Services to include two daily soundings and six special soundings during the contract year. Services also include preventative maintenance of equipment and administrative duties as required at Chatham, MA. Contractor shall provide certified weather observers who shall not work more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period. Contractor shall operate Chatham, MA site one (1), eight-hour shift per day, 6:00 am to 10am and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The period of performance is October 1, 1997 to September 30, 1998, with option to extend for two additional years. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
