U-MEETING ON LICENSING ISSUES The United States Department of Education will hold a public meeting on the licensing concept that will support the Voluntary National Tests in 4th grade reading and 8th grade mathematics on Monday May 19, 1997 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. This meeting will take place in The National Educational Research, Policy, and Priorities Board Room at 80 F Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Suite 100. This meeting will include a brief presentation and questions to audience members. Audience members will then be free to ask questions and raise issues related to the licensing concept.
