Firm fixed price contract to awarded for an initial period of 1 October 1997 or 15 days after award, whichever is later, and ending 30 September 1998. The Government may extend the term of the contract for a term of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for the its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $8,000,000.
