The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire radon diagnostics testing and mitigation design at the Naval Air Station, La Maddalena, Italy. The Government intends to obtain, by means of a firm fixed-price, lump-sum contract, complete on-site diagnostics evaluation and radon mitigation design of facilities for approximately twenty-four (24) housing units estimated at 1,500 square feet assessed by the US Navy to have radon levels in excess of 4 piC/L.
