The existing bituminous concrete base course constructed approximately five years ago is in need of significant repair. The work under this contract consists of placing a 2" bituminous concrete wearing course on an existing bituminous concrete binder course in the South Rim Housing Area. The project includes applying a bituminous tack coat, bituminous concrete pavement, removal of the chipped edges of existing concrete aprons, and installation traffic markings.
