The proposed contract is being considered as a total certified SBA 8(a)acquisition. The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to convert an approximately 60'-0" X 22'-0" office into eleven separate individual offices. The contractor is responsible for the demolition- 6" masonry block, installing a suspended ceiling, HVAC diffusers and ductwork, light fixtures, receptacles, switches and painting.
