Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 120 days. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials (except government furnished), equipment (except government furnished), and perform all operations necessary to remodel eight rooms measuring 19' X 9' 6" into two separate one bedroom apartments with kitchen and bath. Work includes demolition of existing walls, movement of existing doors, construction of new walls, and the installation of government furnished carpeting, painting, provide and install new kitchen cabinets, and construct new kitchens and bathrooms to include providing and installing new fixtures and appliances. Work also includes providing and installing new electrical wiring, electrical panels, and new plumbing for the new bathrooms and kitchens. This project also consists of two additional line items. The first additional line item will require the removal of 5 shower stalls and the installation of plumbing and electrical hookups for two government furnished washers and two government furnished dryers. The second additional line item will consist of the additional remodeling of four rooms measuring 19' X 9' 6" into a one bedroom apartment including the installation of new kitchen and bathroom fixtures and equipment.
