Amendment 01 is issued to add the following information: Most of the products to be distilled contain; Acetone, alcohol, Ethyl (Ethanol); Alcohol,Isopropyl; lacquer thinners; methanol; methyl ethyl ketone: mineral spirits, toulene; varsols; water and xylenes. The above products are used in painting and cleaning process. Most of the solvents to be distilled are contaminated with water, and different types of paints, including epoxies. The solvents in different levels are considered toxic. Manuals: Change from "Offers shall include five (3) copies..." to "Offers shall include three (3) copies of operation and maintenance manuals in English and Spanish and recommended spare parts list."
