The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-45. This solicitation is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3663, and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract for twenty (20) VM3, Phone line Video Transceiver with/PCMCIA 33.6K modem and twelve(12) VM3 Remote Control, "Brand Name (ViewCom) or Equal" that meets the following salient characteristics: System Specifications: Video Inputs -4 cameras, 1 volt p.-p composite video, 75 ohm termination NTSC (color or monochrome); Output -- 1 volt p-p composite video, 75 ohm termination, NTSC; Resolution 320H x 240V x 24 bits full frame; Display Modes -- full screen and quad; Audio: Simultaneous audio capture in digit mode, full and half duplex; Communications Interface: (1ea.) RS232C port V24 up to 115.2 Kbps; (1ea.) Infrared for remote control; (1ea.)
