Conversion kit shall be equal to Trane P/N PC196-032-E and include the following: All engineering services, impeller modifications, orfice plates, gaskets, o-rings, oil regulating system, hermetic oil pump, factory engineered named plate, hermetic drive motor, prevac leak prevention system and rupture guard. Refrigerant 123 monitoring system equal to Trane Model RMWD shall include (1) L.C.D. human interface, back lit, clear language display, (2) NEMA 4 enclosures, (3) 3-levels of alarming, each with SPDT binary contact closures for signaling alarms remotely, (4) four-20MA and 0-10 VDC analog outputs representing a 0-100 or 0-1000 PPM range, (5) service diagnostics, (6) integrate directly with Trane UCP2 control system, (7) sample particle filter(s) and power fuses and jumpers (8) wall mounting brackets and (9) installation, operation and maintenance literature.
