N -- PROVIDE AND INSTALL A COMPLETE AND FULLY OPERATIONAL AUDIO SOUND SYSTEM IN ONE MAGISTRATE COURTROOM AND ONE GRAND JURY ROOM IN THE US DISTRICT COURTHOUSE, MARTINSBURG, WV SOL OXHSFDX-97-026 DUE 070197 POC Denise Reavis (202) 273-1468 Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to provide and install a complete and fully operational audio sound system in one magistrate courtroom and Grand Jury Room in the US District Courthouse, Martinsburg, WV. The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of audio equipment, preparation of an operations and maintenance manual, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall be able to respond on-site within 24 hours of a service call during warranty period and temporarily provide equivalent replacement equipment when immediate on-site repairs cannot be made. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to published manufacture specifications. Award will be made to the repsonsible bidder submitting the lowest-priced responsive bid. This is an invitation for bid, the contract will be firm-fixed price. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond is required. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size.
