R -- DEMONSTRATION OF THE USEFULNESS OF UNIFORM REPORTING SYSTEM (URS) CLIENT-LEVEL DATA FOR EVALUATION OF HIV/AIDS SERVICE PROGRAMS FUNDED BY TITLE I OR TITLE II OF THE RYAN WHITE COMPREHENSIVE AIDS RESOURCES EMERGENCY ACT (RWCA) SOL HRSA-240-BHRD-9(7) DUE 070297 POC Frank Murphy (301)443-5165 The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals from current grantees under Title I and Title II of the Ryan White CARE Act (RWCA). The Government anticipates negotiating with a limited number of responsible sources which include 54 State and territorial government and 34 local government health agencies, to demonstrate the usefulness and evaluation of client-level data for evaluation of HIV/AIDS service programs. Specifically, the contract calls for the collection and reporting of client-level data as specified in the Uniform Reporting System (URS) for programs funded under Titles I and II of the RWCA. This is a thirty-six (36) month project. Note 22 applies. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 2, 1997. Closing date will be on or about July 2, 1997.
