The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for Closing Agent Services covering the Fort Smith Area and the Southeast Area of the State of Arkansas under the jurisdiction of the Department's Little Rock State Office. Prior to award the offeror must meet any State licensing requirements for the sales closing of real property. A firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with four (4) one-year option periods.
