SOLICITATION FOR THE SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY This is a modification of a previous synopsis. The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) intends to offer surplus laboratory equipment for sale on a multi-year basis. Step one of a two-step process will be issued on or about June 12, 1997. A preproposal conference will be held at the Federal Center in Battle Creek on June 26, 1997.
