Tower is an approximately 25 foot tall steel structure, and radome is an approximately 40 foot fiberglass structure. Suggested shipping and crating instructions will be provided, but contractor will assume liability for the safe transportation of all items, and do so in accordance with all applicable DOT and state regulations. Dismantling is scheduled for 4-6 weeks from 15 Jul 97. Packaging, crating and loading shall be completed one week after dismantling is completed. Delivery to Hill AFB shall be not later than three weeks after dismantling is completed. This purchase is a total small business set aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency. A small business is defined as a concern, including its affiliates whose annual average sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years do not exceed 18.5 million (SIC Code 4213).
