Dismantling is scheduled for a 4-6 week period begining on or about 15 Jul 97. Crane shall have a minimum 100 ft boom capable of a 6,000 lb lift at 50 feet from center. Contractor shall provide delivery, pick-up, set-up, rigging and mats as required for the crane, and provide an operator 8 hours a day 5 days a week with up to 40 additional hours (overtime) available for the project. Contractor shall repair any condition that makes the crane unable to perform its tasking, or provide a replacement crane within 24 hours of malfunction. This purchase is a total small business set aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency. A small business is defined as a concern, including its affiliates whose annual average sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years do not exceed 5 million (SIC Code 7353).
