The contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of a postal facility for the USPS, including all incidental work described in the contract documents. There will be a preproposal conference on June 3, 1997 at 9:00 AM at the United States Postal Service, Facilities Service Office, 8055 East Tufts Avenue, Suite 400, Denver, Colorado.
