Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Demolition and removal of selected fan coil units, plumbing fixtures, walls, doors, ceilings, lights, asbestos abatement. Installation of new work including walls, finishes, doors, ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, fan coil units, insulation of piping. Work shall be staged so the existing HOPTEL unit can stay functional. Coordination with the VA Medical Center is critical. SIC Code 1542, Estimated Government Cost Range: $100,000 -$250,000.
