Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Asbestos removal (floor tile & insula- tion), lead paint removal, interior partitions & doors, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling, linoleum flooring, painting, toilet partitions, electrical demolition, and plumbing (lavatories). Contractor must follow all applicable codes and regulations and all work must be accomplished in a first class manner.
