This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written a solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this Request for Quote is N00244-97-Q-8711. This solicitation and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 45. This solicitation is issued as a total set aside for small business, under Standard Industrial Classification Code 3569, with a small business standard of 500 employees. FISC San Diego, has a requirement for the following items: (1) Plastic Media Blast System, with two (2) work stations, 1200 CFM reclaim and RPJH dust collector, 5 HP motor wired for 480V, 3 PH, Part Number BCCQ7180D or equal; (2) Magnetic Separator; (3) 3/8" DIA. Venturi blast nozzer ore equal, with 3/4" blast hose and 3.5 cu.ft. pot; (4) 36" dia. Turntable, 1000 lb capacity with 5 ft. outside track assy. (5) Vertical door at left side of cabinet.
