85 -- TOILETRIES SOL TFTP-97-HY0852AB DUE 071597 POC Yolanda Trevino 253-931-7090 Solicitation TFTP-97-HY-852AB to be issued on or about 8/1/97 is for the establishment of a new federal supply schedule for toiletries (hand cleaners, shampoo, hair rinse, mouthwash, blades, razors, ETC.) class 8510 and 8520. Contracts will be negotiated for standard commercial products under the multipleaward schedule (Mas) program and will be entered into with more than one firm offering similar type items. The contract awarded will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed price with economic price adjustment, with $100 guaranteed minimum. Contract period is for 5 years, 3/1/98 through 2/28/2003, with an option to extend the term of the contract for an additional 5 years. The option will be evaluated at time of award and made part of all basic contracts awarded pursuant to the solicitation. There will also be annual open seasons for consideration of addition offers. Delivery is FOB destination 48 contiguous states and the district of Columbia and this procurement will be industrial fund.
