The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Fuels and Energy Division is seeking possible sources for the synopsis listed here. Requirements include expertise in communications, including public opinion research. The work will include conducting a minimum of three focus groups in various areas of the United States that will be using Federal Phase II RFG, with one additional one taking place in California (specific location to be decided at a later date). The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a report bosed on the findings of each focus group meeting. Final report will include comments made by EPA and presented at a meeting of the Phase II RFG implementation workgroup.
