It is the Government's intent to acquire on a sole source basis from Tuskegee University services to identify and perform analysis of image/file viewing tools available for Internet Browsers to support the industry standard tecnical data formats, including but not limited to raster, vector, portable document format, and exchange formats such as IGES and STEP. The stated services will be awarded to Tuskegee University based upon their knowledge of the proprietary data base that the JEDMICS platform runs.
