The Sumter National Forest plans to contract for Site Preparation by Drum Chopping for approximately 462 acres on the Long Cane Ranger District; Abbeville, Edgefield and McCormick Counties, South Carolina. The work will also include approximately 345 acres on the Enoree Ranger Disrict; Newberry, Laurens and Union Counties, South Carolina. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and supplies necessary for Site Preparation by Drum Chopping on the two districts in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the solicitation. No materials, labor or supplies will be furnished by the Forest Service unless specifically identified in the Government Furnished Property clause. (0139)
