The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting proposals from prospective contractors to provide medical transcription services for the PHS Indian Hospital on the Crow Indian Reservation, Crow Agency, Montana. The prospective contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for transcription of medical dictation material. These medical reports include correspondence, surgical reports, history and physical examination reports, discharge summaries, outpatient consultation notes, emergency room notes, mental health notes, abuse evaluation reports, and radiology reports. Prospective contractors should send their requests in writing or via FAX, (406) 247-7108 stating RFP-244-97-0007-REL, name, address, telephone number, FAX number and point of contact.
