Custodial services applies to alldesignated spacesincluding, but not limited to halls, restrooms, offices, classrooms, breakrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, museum display areas,child care center areas, saunas, showers, elevators and stairways. Suppliesshall include, but notbe limited to 2-ply toiler paper in large and small rolls to fit existingdispensers, hand soap in the proper form and container to fit existing soapdispensers, paper towels in various forms to fit existing dispensers, plasticcan liners of varioussizes, sanitary napkins disposal container liners, all necessary cleaners,strippers, waxes, etc. The contract is a combination firm-fixedprice/indefinite quantity contract.
