S -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXECUTE A SOLE SOURCE, UTILITY DEMAND SIDE MANAGEMENT BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT SOL N62742-96-G-3520 POC Point of Contact -- Contact Mr. Greg Takata, Contract Specialist, (808) 474-4516 The Government intends to negotiate a sole source task order with Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO) in accordance with Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N62742-96-G-3520 and Public Laws 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) and 10 U.S.C. 2865(d). The purpose of the task order (No. 0003) will be to provide preliminary audits of buildings located in Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and for portable equipment. Audit shall consist of an on-site investigation and evaluation to determine if significant energy conservation opportunities exist and whether a detailed feasibility analysis is warranted.
