Prepare and deliver a change to the Operation Instructions and Intermediate Maintenance manuals with IPB identified by ECP 0379A1 and ECP 0381 for TMDC S0468B and a new issue of the technical manual identified by ECP 0379A1 and ECP 0381 for TMDC S0481 in support of the F/A-18 Aircraft under contract N00019-95-C-0015. Defense Contract Management Command, St. Louis intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace to incorporate the effort cited on the TMDC. McDonnell Douglass Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the aircraft, is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise needed to complete this action.
