The USPS is completing final site and building plans for a new leased building of 5,526 square feet on a 50,654 square foot site, controlled by the Postal Service. Offerors will be required to acquire the site, construct the specified building and, upon completion, agree to execute a lease with the Postal Service for the entire property. The Postal Service will also consider offers to construct a 5,757 square foot standard plan postal building on a minimum site size of 46,400 square feet, owned or controlled by the offeror, under solicitation number 072976-97-A-0141. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall value to the Postal Service.
