Project is an open storage facility with a roof only (approximately 7,000 sf). No new paving is anticipated, except for pavement repair for the new footings. A lightning protection system (LPS) is included. Lighting will be provided under the new roof that will be fed from and switched from a new 50 amp 120/208 volt load center. The new 50 amp load center will be fed from a new 50 amp, 3 pole breaker in existing Panel P in the existing mechanical room of Building 541. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1542. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17,000,000.00 The proposed contract is unrestricted, all interested firms may apply. Estimated cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 Plans and specifications for this project must be ordered and the check received by the CUT OFF DATE of 10 June 1997, to ensure receipt of bid sets at a cost of $18.00 for specifications (text only); and $2.00 for full-size drawings. Half-size drawings and CD ROM are not available. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE of 10 June 1997, will not be honored. Plans and specifications will be mailed out on or about 18 June 1997. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
