Contractor shall provide, deliver, and place two new portable classroom buildings complete and ready for normal operation as indicated on the drawings. Furnish all plant, labor, materials, services, and equipment, and perform all work complete in connection with the applicable drawings and specifications included in the solicitation package which will issue on or about June 6, 1997 for the Pine Hill School located at Pine Hill, New Mexico. The two portable classroom buildings are to be 28' x 60' (1,680 sq. ft.), with restrooms, appropriate constructions, furnace room, and storage rooms, to be delivered on site and placed on concrete pads. The building and placement shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local fire, safety, building and sanitary codes and regulations. Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) require that prime contractors give preference in employment and training to Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises. Failure by the prime contractor to submit a subcontracting plan for doing so prior to award and implement same after award shall be sufficient reason for non-award or termination of the contract for default.
