Z -- EXTERIOR PAINT, BUILDINGS 10 & 16 SOL 542-17-97 DUE 070397 POC John Cox, Contracting Officer, 610-383-0203 Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to repair and repaint all exterior surfaces of Buildings 10 & 16, (except masonry and concrete) such as wood, metal, window sashes, frames, floors, steel or iron handrails around building, dormer caps and two flat roofs on Building 16. Metal ridge capping on Building 16 is not to be included. Building 16 includes the one story annex. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitations will be mailed to prime contractors only, due to a limited supply. Requests from prime contractors must be in writing and can be faxed to the Contracting Officer at 610-383-0235. Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds. Interested prime contractors should, as soon as possible, but not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as a prime contractor. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bids and will be available not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, but within thirty (30) calendar days thereafter. Any subcontractor requesting a copy of the solicitation will be sent a copy of the Bidder's Mailing List. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this project is 1721. The applicable Small Bussiness Size Standard, including affiliates, is no more than $7 million average annual gross revenue for the last three fiscal years.
