The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment required to provide and secure a wood frame building addition of 752 S.F. and the remodel of 104 S.F. of existing space to house a food preparation activity with 158 S.F. walk-in refrigerator, a 131 S.F. walk-in freezer, mechanical system with gas fired heat, evaporative cooling, a water treatment system and all associated work authorized by the Contracting Officer. The contract duration is approximately 133 days and the estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available approximately June 19, 1997.
