The work includes installation of new equipment pads & sidewalks, installation of prefabricated equipment enclosures, installation of electrical and mechanical utilities, piping and appurtenances and incidental related work. The contractor may be required to provide demolition of existing chillers and pads and provide an additional two (2) year service contract with the installation of the (3) new air conditioning units.
