The work covered under this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and material, necessary to replace the electrical service mast, meter, main breaker panel, dry transformers and provide enclosed main breaker outside the building and demolition work as specified in the specifications and/or shown on the drawings. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment bond and insurance is required. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
