Set of four traveling wave tube amplifiers with frequency band requirements consisting of: BAND-1 (1.0 to 2.0 Ghz), BAND-2 (2.0 to 4.0 Ghz), BAND-3 (4.0 to 8.0 Ghz) and BAND-4 (8.0 to 18.0 Ghz). These shall have a minimum output power of 200 watts continuous wave over the specified frequency range of all four bands. The TWT shall have the option of remotely controlling high voltage on/off. In addition, provisions to remotely monitor TWT status shall be provided. All remote functions shall be accessible via a single D-subminiature connector (all bands), additional specification requirements are included in the Request for Proposal. All material and components shall be new and of the quality normally used for the production of commercial equipment. Submissions shall be identified by Request for Proposals #N00178-97-R-3067.
