This software will enable data processing of documents from Russian to English, and English to Russian, languages. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 28 May 97. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received by 28 May 97 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
