The workbooks will be used as course materials for the Facilitative Leader workshop. Twenty-one (21) workbooks shall be deliver to the following locations throughout the U.S. by the dates specified: July 1, 1997 -- Brooklyn, N.Y; Indianapolis, IN; July 15, 1997 -- Oakland, CA; Laguna Niguel, CA; August 1, 1997 -- Silver Spring, MD; Richmond, VA; August 15, 1997 -- Ogden, UT; September 1, 1997 -- Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations within 15 days from the published date of this announcement. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. Evaluation/Award will be based on the lowest price to the government.
