services and materials for approximately twenty (20) additional
contractor training classes in support f the AN/PSC-5 radios developed
under Contract No. DAAB07-94-D-A010. This proposed acquisition of for
a Time and Materials Type contract on a sole source basis to Hughes
Defense Communications (HDC), Fort Wayne, Indiana. Funding for this
effort ill be provide incrementally using Army and other services
funds. Training participants may include, but not limited to personnel
from agencies/activities such as CINCs, White House Communications
Agency (WHCA), and the U.S> Army Information Systems Management
Activities (ISMA). Although this effort will allow for approximately
twenty training classes, the actual number of classes placed will be
determined on an as required basis. The period of performance is
approximately thirty six (36) months from the date of award. The
quantity required for this effort will be 1 lot. One lot consists of up
to twenty (20) training classes at various sites. Inspection and
Acceptance shall be at source. Facsimile Request for Proposal will be
acceptable followed by written RFP submission. Request for Proposals

Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin
Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals
(RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry.
All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to
access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To
become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and
password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary
hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. A user's
identification code and password will be issued upon request along with
instructions for downloading the EBB User's Manual. All requests must
include (1) company name, (2) point(s) of contact name(s) and title(s),
(3) return address(es) and (4) telephone number(s). Please send your
