Number R144-97. The U.S. Army Missile Command proposes to acquire
engineering technical services in the amount of 130,985 hours to
support the interface, integration, test, demonstration and support of
Joint Technology Center/System Integration Laboratory (JTC/SIL)
customer hardware and software systems/subsystems/components within the
MUSE and its virtual world subsystem. Due to prior hardware and
software system/subsystem/component expertise and knowledge involving
proprietary software, continuing support to MUSE field demonstrations
and exercises and a lack of sufficient technical documentation, a
noncompetitive negotiation is proposed to be conducted with GreyStone
Technologies, Incorporated, 4950 Murphy Cannon Road, San Diego, CA
92127. The proposed effort is comprised of a basic of 615 hours, plus
five on-site support options 3,900, 13,000, 13,000, 13,135, and 13,135
hours respectively, and five remote support options of 4,600, 17,400,
17,400, 17,400 and 17,400 hours, repectively. The proposed period of
performance is 52 months. Performance shall be at the contractor's
facility, JTC/SIL and CONUS and OCONUS sites required for off-site
testing, exercises or demonstrations. All responsible sourves may
submit a proposal which will be considered. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
