The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis ADP software support services for the Shipboard Non-Tactical ADP Program (SNAP) systems for the Navy Management Systems Support Office (NAVMASSO), Chesapeake, VA. Services include support for the continued development, maintenance, integration and migration of a family of application software systems which currently reside on various suites of hardware. The contractor shall be responsible for performing expert-level research, evaluation, design, development, life-cycle maintenance, systems integration, training, technical writing, and desktop publishing services. The services are to be provided on a cost plus fixed fee basis. The estimated level of effort is 165,000 man-hours annually. The estimated level of effort will be distributed among the following labor categories: Project Manager, Communications Network Specialist, Computer Systems Analyst, Configuration Management Specialist, Data Base Management Specialist, Data Communication Specialist, Functional Analyst (Administrative), Functional Analyst, Programmer, Network Installation Technician, Software Engineer, Technical Writer, and Clerk Typist. Services are required for the period 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with four one year renewal options. the solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and technical proposals.
