AUTOMATING MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS F41624-97-R-5009 -- Automating Maintenance Instructions (AMI) This announcement provides notice for "Industry Day" and for the intent to issue RFP F41624-97-R-5009 for Automating Maintenance Instructions (AMI). The advance notice was published previously under R&D Sources Sought HSC/PKRH on 31 Mar 97. This procurement is a Non-Set Aside Full and Open Competition. It is estimated that the final Request for Proposal will be released in mid July 1997. The RFP will be placed on the World Wide Web. Be advised that this procurement will use the oral technical presentation process and no written technical proposal will be accepted. Industry Day is tentatively scheduled for 17 June 97, 8:30AM -- 12:30PM ET, AL/HRG, Building 190, Conference Room1, Second Floor, 2698 G Street, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. 45433-7604. Seating for the conference will be limited to two representatives from each company. Additionally, one-hour, one-on-one conference periods will be available starting the afternoon of 17 June 97 for serious offerors to ask competition sensitive questions. One-on-one conference periods are by appointment only and will not be limited in seating.
