The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform food attendant services for a basic contract period plus four one-year option years. Tasks include but are not limited to serving and replenishing food; cleaning facilities, equipment and utensils; preparing vegetables and fruits prior to cooking; salads and beverages; bussing tables in dining area; performing cashier services; handling foods, supplies, and equipment; maintaining the grounds of assigned building; ensuring operator maintenance of food service equipment; transportation of food from main facility to support facility; providing contingency cooks as needed.
