to have a new main post office constructed and leased back in Poplar
Grove, Illinois. The USPS controlled site size is approximately 54,568
square feet. The building size desired is approximately 6,463 square
feet (net interior space including 412 square feet platform area and
20,592 square feet parking and maneuvering area). The building will be
leased for a 10 year base term with two five year renewal options
using Postal Service lease agreement. The Postal Service reserves the
right to negotiate with any and all offerors. Solicitation for proposal
packages may be obtained for a non-refundable $20.00 fee (payable by
check or money order to "USPS Disbursing Officer") on or after May 23,
