Testing will be required during construction of the Portland VA Medical Center, 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, Oregon 97201, Phases 1 & 2 of the Cancer Research Addition, Project Numbers 648-073 and 73A. Services will be required during the entire construction period, which is estimated at 600 calendar days, subject to delays and extension. Prices quoted under unit costs must be complete to include, but not limited to, labor, supervisory, Professional Engineering, material, equipment, travel time and transportation to the VA site and to off-site fabrication facilities which are within 25 miles from the VAMC or are within 25 miles from the Testing Laboratory, travel time and transportation required for sample and cylinder pick-ups, reports, and other miscellaneous costs necessary to provide the services.
