Mann, Contracting Officer, (701) 747-5266 Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies and supervision necessary for the removal of existing high temp hot water piping, fittings, valves insulation supports, concrete and asbestos contaminated insulation. Work will include earthwork, turf insulation, road paving, concrete sidewalks, and miscellaneous concrete work. Construction of a pre-fabricated or pre-engineered underground high temp piping system in new conduit, new distribution pipe, new supports and cathodic protection system in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings for Project JFSD 860047. The Period of Performance is 120 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. the magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2" computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 7.0 files.
