Mann, Contracting Officer, (701) 747-5266 Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies and supervision necessary install a 45 and 26 ton air cooled condensing unit, a new air handler and associated ducting to air condition the Community Center at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The project also includes removal of an existing steam generator and installation of a new hot water heat exchanger with associated hot water piping and heating coils in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings for Project JFSD 970019. The Period of Performance is 150 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. the magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2" computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 7.0 files.
