Non personal services to provide all labor, supervision,tools, materials, equipment and all other items necessary to provide for maintenance of military family housing units at Peterson AFB CO. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. The Government contemplates a site visit. The Government contemplates issuance of a solicitation on or about 30 Jun 97, and the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Firms may be required to present a capabilities briefing to the contracting agency. Offeroros shall submit a capabilities statement with their response to cover the following key areas: A. Management: Personnel and organizational staff experience, project management experience, purchasing processes (type of acccounting system to track cost), and experience in performingsimiliar or like management functions under federal Government contracts. B. Technical: Similiar work performed under Government or commercial contract, to include; experience and background in operating and/or maintaining a housing units. Also include a self-assessment of your performance regarding the above experience. C. Past Performance: Current and past clients, with contract type and contract value. Past and present performance should have been performed from no longer than 5 years ago to the present. D. Other Considerations: The Government anticipates and encourages the establishment of joint ventures, teaming arrangements and subcontracting arrangements. E. Business size status(8a/women owned).
